Forgot Ticket Tracking ID?

In this guide, it will show on how can you recover your forgotten Ticket Tracking ID

Step 1. Go to "support.sav25.com" in order to access SAV25 Data Systems Helpdesk Portal. This will prompt you our portal page. Click "View existing tickets".

Step 2  After clicking  "View existing tickets" button, it will re-direct you to a page wherein there's a button indicated below "View Ticket" button that says "Forgot tracking ID?" click this and a pop-up message will prompt below asking for the email address you used in submitting a ticket. You can choose options that will send the tracking ID's of all your open tickets or all the tickets whether it's open or resolved.
