How to View your Existing Tickets?

Here's a quick guide on how to view your existing tickets.


Step 1.  Go to "" in order to access SAV25 Data Systems Helpdesk Portal. This will prompt you our portal page. Click "View existing tickets".

Step 2.   After clicking  "View existing tickets" button, it will re-direct you to a page wherein you need to fill up necessary information mainly your Ticket Tracking ID and email. After filling up necessary information it will show you the status of your ticket.
